Conscious physical exercises that stimulate and promote our respiratory system and blood circulation, thereby optimizing our immune system. When integrating these exercises into daily life, you will experience more vitality, clarity, stability and mobility/flexibility. The life energy, which is present everywhere, is cultivated and intentionally set in motion. The various energy centers, which are connected to our organs and emotions, are brought into balance, which improves functionality and both physical and mental discomfort will decrease or even disappear completely.

Cursus
I offer periodic courses that contain an average of 8 lessons. In these lessons you will be introduced to various forms of movement that mainly have their roots in yoga and qi-gong. Everyone can participate regardless of level. The focus is on yourself and discovering and promoting your personal household.
