In a world that demands opinions, achievements, and speed, satsang is a sacred pause.
Not a lecture, not a lesson, but a living encounter — with yourself, the silence, and the essential.
I invite you to fall silent together, to sink into awareness, and to offer space to whatever wants to reveal itself.

In these gatherings, nothing is obligatory, and everything is welcome.
We don't share ready-made answers, but open a field in which truth presents itself naturally — in a word, a vibration, a breath.
Sometimes language flows, sometimes silence is sufficient.

You are welcome with your questions, your confusion, your clarity.
We gather not around one person, but around a field of truth that lives within each of us.
From that place — deep, pure, and present — everything that wants to be seen may come to light.

Satsang is not a performance.
It is remembrance.
Of who you are beyond the stories. To the light that has never gone away.

When it resonates, I will meet you there.

What can you expect from a satsang?

A space where nothing is necessary, but everything can be. We sink together into presence, beyond mental striving.

Not a lesson, but an open field where questions, insights, and resonance can arise—without judgment or hierarchy.

You don't have to 'do' or 'understand' anything. What wants to be seen presents itself naturally. You are invited to be present in truth.

Satsang is not a method. Not a religion. Not a lifebuoy. It is a reminder of who you are at your deepest level.

cursus yoga/qi-gong

YoQi

Conscious physical exercises that stimulate and promote our respiratory system and blood circulation, thereby optimizing our immune system. When integrating these exercises into daily life, you will experience more vitality, clarity, stability and mobility/flexibility. The life energy, which is present everywhere, is cultivated and intentionally set in motion. The various energy centers, which are connected to our organs and emotions, are brought into balance, which improves functionality and both physical and mental discomfort will decrease or even disappear completely.

Cursus

I offer periodic courses that contain an average of 8 lessons. In these lessons you will be introduced to various forms of movement that mainly have their roots in yoga and qi-gong. Everyone can participate regardless of level. The focus is on yourself and discovering and promoting your personal household.
