I think we can say that well-being will mean something different for everyone. For one it means 'living in balance' and for the other total integration of a spiritual life in everyday life. For both, knowledge is needed about how the human system works exactly. Not only from a purely physiological aspect, or from a psychological aspect, but also from an energetic aspect, for example.
Without going into too much detail, I can tell you that there are many internal processes going on that can still be optimized. Often it is our own fault that not everything flows optimally. We will make it more pleasant for ourselves in all areas as soon as we introduce conscious(er) and more efficient choices.
