Are you the conductor of your own internal orchestra?

If the students in an unruly classroom now personify the energies, and are like archetypes, would you have the mastery to control them or would you run away?


How would you do this?


How do you command their respect? Do you remain calm and collected, or do you let yourself be triggered and become a plaything of the spoiled, always getting their way, always provoking, rude and especially overly present voices?


How do you set the tone? How do you create harmony in a classroom like that, or in the orchestra where everyone sings their own tune?


I would first observe, sense, feel and empathize in calmness. Which energy is dominant here and how can this be balanced, or better: catalyzed.


Calmly and controllingly giving direction and introducing a natural dominance. Unaffected by the chaos. I see you, I hear you, it's ok, but this is how we're going to do it... Follow me. Natural leadership.


What are the qualities of such a natural leader? Because they may be cultivated and that requires some discipline and especially fine-tuning. Shaping yourself, chipping away all the coarse parts of the acquired personality, chiseling away, sanding, burning, polishing...
