Transmutation of energy

Sexual energy needs to be transformed so that the sacred 'spiritual seed' can find its way up through the energetic channels of the body. Opening these channels is made possible by practicing the virtues, together with the sincere and sincere desire to achieve well-being*. It goes without saying that it requires a great deal of patience, discipline, resilience and endurance, so we need to enter this process with a dedicated attitude. Where the desire has been set out, small steps are sufficient. What is important is the focus on the moment and the full experience of the sensations. Sensations that we may observe in silence, concluding that they are not ours. We feel and become aware of them, but do not need to cling to them. They may come to our attention, to then let them pass and not have to act on them any further. Observe all impulses, drives and tendencies as if they come from a stamping child who is only too eager to get his way. They may be there, but as an adult you are of course above them and are not receptive to them. Then you bring your attention back to the breathing. When the channels are open and the sexual energy has found its way upwards, a holy substance is excreted in the 3rd ventricle in the brain. This excretion is called the Holy Christos, which irrigates the nervous system (the tree of life). The nervous system is like a true antenna and thus spreads the necessary signals throughout our body, see it as the messenger. We all know that electricity needs a conductor to be able to transfer energy. A moist substance ensures that the current is transferred almost directly and that signals are therefore also experienced almost immediately. When signals come through directly, we can say that we are experiencing the moment. Only when we only experience the moment can we say that we are truly alive. Otherwise we live in moments that have already passed and are therefore in the past
